Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Planning & Estimation Engineer to lead the technical and financial strategy for our high-profile commercial building project. You will be the "mastermind" behind project execution, responsible for developing bulletproof schedules, precise cost forecasts, and data-driven monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and site execution, ensuring our project is delivered on time, within budget, and to world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Estimating: Perform comprehensive Quantity Take-offs (QTO) and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the Project Baseline Schedule using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Cost Control & EVM: Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) to track schedule and cost performance (SPI/CPI) and identify potential variances before they impact the bottom line.
- BIM Coordination: Leverage 4D (Time) and 5D (Cost) BIM workflows to visualize construction sequences and extract automated quantities for higher accuracy.
- Vendor & Bid Management: Lead the technical evaluation of subcontractor bids, manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, and perform rigorous rate analysis for market-competitive procurement.
- Dynamic Reporting: Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR) including S-curves, manpower histograms, and equipment productivity logs.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks early, maintain the risk register, and evaluate the financial impact of scope changes or design variations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. A Master’s in Construction Management is a plus.
- Experience: 3–8 years of proven experience in planning and estimation for large-scale commercial projects (e.g., IT parks, malls, or corporate high-rises).
- Software Mastery:
- Planning: Expert-level Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Estimation: Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, CostX, or specialized QTO tools.
- Design/Reporting: AutoCAD for blueprint analysis and Advanced Excel (Macros/Power Query) for financial modeling.
- Professional Certifications: Possession of PMP, RICS (Quantity Surveying), or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
