Senior Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer with 5–7 years of proven experience in construction projects to join our large-scale contracting company.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and project management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects and mentor junior engineers

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to management
• Coordinate with project teams and track milestones
• Identify risks, delays, and propose effective mitigation strategies
• Mentor and guide junior planning engineers

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale projects (commercial, residential, infrastructure)
• Exposure to international contracting standards
