Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description

We are a reputed civil construction company seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of project schedules using Primavera P6
• Development of baseline programs, work schedules, and recovery plans
• Monitoring project progress and preparing weekly/monthly progress reports
• Coordination with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Delay analysis, claims support, and time impact analysis
• Resource planning and productivity monitoring
• Updating schedules based on site progress and changes
• Supporting tender planning and project control activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel
• Experience in infrastructure / building / road projects (as applicable)
• Good understanding of project controls, contracts, and construction sequences

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
