Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and progress tracking.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure schedule feasibility.

Review contractor schedules, evaluate progress claims, and provide analytical reports.

Identify potential delays, risks, and deviations while proposing corrective action plans.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc planning reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with PMC methodologies, performance standards, and project governance.

Support overall project coordination and contribute to achieving on‑time, on-budget delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

Strong background in PMC environments, construction supervision, and project management.

Proven experience working on high-rise building projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
-
Saudi Nationals are preferred for this role.
