We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senioe Planning Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our client-side project management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6 and proven experience working on large residential and hotel mixed-use developments.
This role will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and revised schedules as required.

Review and analyze contractor schedules for logic, resource loading, and compliance with contract requirements.

Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management.

Conduct delay analysis and identify critical path activities.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to track milestones and key deliverables.

Evaluate extension of time (EOT) claims and provide planning-related assessments.

Support risk identification and mitigation planning.

Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction schedules.

Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 8+ years of planning experience in large residential and/or hotel mixed-use developments.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).

Solid understanding of project planning principles, critical path method (CPM), and delay analysis.

Experience working client-side or with PMC teams is preferred.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
