Senior Planning Engineer- Civil

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling projects (fuel stations, depots, pipelines, upgrades, maintenance, etc.) to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget,

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline & detailed) using tools like Primavera P6

• Monitor progress, delays, and risks, and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams

• Conduct delay analysis, critical path analysis, and recovery planning

• Review contractor schedules and ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements

• Support cost control, change management, and claims analysis

• Participate in project meetings and senior management reviews

• Experience with fuel stations, terminals, pipelines, or utilities preferred

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering is Mandatory
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, industrial electrical systems, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority procedures is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Design experience is mandatory.
• Previous UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
