Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Planning Engineer to join our client's team for major renovation projects in Lusail, ABHA, Duhail, and QBF Multi-Purpose Hall.

If you enjoy planning complex construction projects and turning ideas into clear action plans, this role is for you. You will play a key role in shaping project success from start to finish.

Your planning skills will guide the team. Your work will make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project plans and schedules.
• Plan and manage renovation works for large and complex projects.
• Use Primavera P6 to create and update project programs.
• Analyze project timelines, risks, and costs.
• Develop cost-loaded schedules using Primavera Enterprise.
• Use Primavera Contract Management for tracking progress.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on time.
• Support project managers with planning insights and reports.
• Coordinate with site and design teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project planning.
• At least 8 years of experience in planning complex projects of similar size and nature.
• Strong experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience in Primavera Enterprise and Primavera Contract Management.
• Strong ability to analyze schedules and project costs.
• Membership in a chartered professional body is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering similar renovation projects.
