Senior Planning Engineer - High rise building

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building projects (40+ floors) across the GCC. The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delay analysis to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6

✅ Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams

✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

✅ Create cash flow forecasts, resource loading, manpower histograms & S-curves

✅ Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies

✅ Support EOT claims and conduct delay analysis with proper justifications

✅ Ensure compliance with project timelines, contracts, and client requirements
