Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling, planning, and progress monitoring for large-scale projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas industries, ensuring project timelines and cost controls are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, baseline programs, and progress reports using Primavera (P6).
• Monitor and track project progress, highlighting delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecast updates.
• Conduct delay analysis, EOT claims, and recovery schedules as required.
• Assist in tender planning, including preparation of resource histograms, manpower, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure planning deliverables comply with Ashghal and client requirements.
• Support management in risk analysis and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of planning experience, with at least 5 years in consultancy in Qatar.
• Proven experience in roads, highways, and infrastructure projects.
• Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of QCS, Ashghal requirements, and international planning standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• UPDA/MMUP certification preferred.
• Must be available to join immediately.
