Senior Planning Engineer (with High Rise Building Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building projects to manage project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. The role requires deep understanding of vertical construction sequencing, interface coordination, and schedule control to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules for high-rise building projects using Primavera P6
• Establish project baselines, milestones, and critical paths for superstructure, façade, MEP, and finishing works
• Monitor progress and analyze schedule deviations, delays, and productivity trends
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and dashboards
• Coordinate planning activities with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors
• Support recovery schedules, mitigation plans, and acceleration strategies
• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master program
• Conduct delay analysis and provide planning support for claims and variations
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards and reporting procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 8–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling, with significant exposure to high-rise building projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel
• Solid understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, vertical sequencing, and interfaces
• Experience in progress measurement and performance reporting
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
