Senior Planning Operations Specialist

Description:

  • Develop and implement planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to inform planning decisions.
  • Work closely with supply chain, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of operational plans.
  • Identify areas for improvement in planning processes and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on planning metrics and performance to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide the planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in planning software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a must.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
