Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Consultant - Oracle APEX Developer with strong PL/SQL and Oracle APEX expertise to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will work independently, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX and PL/SQL
• Write, optimize, and review advanced SQL queries, functions, procedures, and packages
• Implement advanced Oracle APEX features, including Workflows, Dynamic Actions, Interactive Grids, Working Copies and versioning
• Customize and enhance APEX UI templates using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and APEX Universal Theme
• Develop reporting, printing, and document generation solutions using RTF, JasperReports, and OCI Document Generator
• Manage Oracle APEX server deployment, configuration, and environment management
• Integrate Oracle APEX applications with enterprise systems using, LDAP, REST, SOAP, and OData APIs, Database Links, ODBC / JDBC connections
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and audit standards
• Create and review functional and technical documentation including BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Manuals
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for quality and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
• 6+ years of experience in PL/SQL development
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX
• Strong understanding of database security concepts and ACLs
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
