Location: Mogadishu, Somalia

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
✔ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
✔ Ensure compliance with international plumbing codes and safety regulations.
✔ Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
✔ Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and other site professionals.
✔ Manage materials and tools efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks.
✔ Provide reports and updates to the Site Supervisor/Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or certification in plumbing technology or a related field.
• Advanced plumbing certification (Preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects..

Certifications:

Plumbing License or Certification from a recognized authority.

OSHA or NEBOSH certification (Safety Standards).

Plus: Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM (Green Building Standards).
