Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior PMO Executive to support our Hyderabad PMO department in project tracking, reporting, MIS, and cross-functional coordination. The role ensures projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while providing leadership with accurate insights and actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and resources.
• Prepare MIS dashboards, Excel reports, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, operations, and client teams.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and quality practices.
• Identify project risks/issues and provide recommendations.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles .
• Strong communication, MIS, and Excel/reporting skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain alignment with PMO standards.
