Senior Portfolio Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Job Title: Senior Portfolio Executive

We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Executive with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, project governance, and PMO operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor project portfolios to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Track project performance, risks, budgets, and resource utilization
  • Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and governance compliance
  • Support PMO activities, project prioritization, and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in portfolio/project management
  • PMI certification is mandatory
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Arabic speakers mandatory

Tasks and job roles: Clearly and specifically define at least (10) main job tasks

  • Oversee and monitor the organization’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Coordinate with departments and project owners to track project progress, milestones, risks, and overall performance.
  • Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify portfolio-level risks, issues, and interdependencies, and recommend corrective and mitigation actions.
  • Follow up on project schedules, deliverables, and implementation plans to ensure timely execution and completion.
  • Ensure all project change requests, scope updates, and business requirements are properly documented, assessed, and monitored.
  • Maintain and update portfolio management systems, project documentation, and centralized project records.
  • Analyze project performance indicators (KPIs), budget utilization, and operational efficiency to support informed decision-making.
