About the Role:

Power BI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models .
• Build complex DAX measures , calculated columns, and advanced analytics within Power BI.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and best practices for data governance.

Cross-Platform BI & Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Qlik Sense as required.
• Use Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation.
• Evaluate business needs and recommend the right BI tool for each use case.

Data Integration & Engineering

• Work with various data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, APIs, etc.) to design efficient data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define and improve data models and ETL processes.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Present insights and visualizations to leadership teams with clarity and impact.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10+ years of experience in BI development, analytics, or data visualization.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Power BI and DAX (mandatory).
• Proficiency in at least two additional BI tools: Tableau , Alteryx , or Qlik Sense .
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
