Role Overview

The Senior PR Manager oversees multiple client accounts, drives strategic campaign direction, and mentors junior team members. This role requires deep media relationships, creative campaign thinking, and the ability to lead clients with confidence and insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and execution across 4-6 accounts
• Serve as primary client contact, providing senior counsel and proactive ideas
• Oversee junior team members; delegate tasks, provide feedback, and mentor growth
• Manage and nurture high-level media relationships
• Guide messaging development and oversee high-quality content creation
• Monitor industry trends and advise clients accordingly
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals
• Track and measure campaign impact with clear KPIs

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in communications, agency background preferred
• Excellent media network and track record of top-tier coverage
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Strategic thinker with creative campaign execution skills
• Excellent writing and editing abilities
• Ability to manage budgets and resources across accounts
