And right now, we're looking for our first Senior Practice Growth Coach — a hands-on leader who will work directly with our partner offices to implement, train, and drive measurable results.

THE ROLE

This isn’t just a coaching role — it’s a leadership role in disguise.

As our Senior Practice Growth Coach, you’ll work directly with a portfolio of dental practices across the U.S., Canada, and select international markets — guiding their teams through proven frameworks that drive clear aligner growth, operational efficiency, and overall practice momentum.

Your mission:

Drive implementation. Elevate performance. Build systems that scale.

You’ll act as the accountability partner for each practice — ensuring their teams don’t just learn our growth systems, but live them.
From leading front desk and treatment coordinator training, to improving patient conversion workflows, to documenting our intellectual property into repeatable playbooks — you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next evolution of our partner experience.

This is a hybrid position, meaning you’ll work remotely most days but must be available for in-person collaboration 2–3 times per week at our Metro Atlanta office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Coach and lead partner practices: Provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and implementation support across assigned offices.
  • Conduct front desk and treatment coordinator training: Build alignment around best practices for patient conversion, follow-up, and clear aligner case acceptance.
  • Lead strategic review calls: Translate data into insights and actionable growth plans for each partner.
  • Document our internal frameworks: Capture and refine our playbooks, systems, and intellectual property into course material and training modules.
  • Monitor KPIs and progress: Track case starts, show rates, and revenue growth — ensuring partners stay on track toward their goals.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with our marketing, strategy, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and unified partner experience.
  • Contribute to content creation: Help turn your coaching insights into scalable training material — both internal and client-facing.
  • Stay proactive: Anticipate partner needs, follow up consistently, and hold teams accountable for their growth plans.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a systems-minded operator who understands that real growth comes from consistent execution.
You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love helping others reach their potential.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Live in or near Metro Atlanta and have reliable transportation for in-person collaboration (2–3x per week).
  • Have 5+ years of experience in dental, medical, or business coaching, operations management, or consulting.
  • Have worked with dental practices, DSOs, or other service-based businesses (bonus if you’ve coached or managed multiple locations).
  • Understand the patient journey — from inquiry to case acceptance — and can coach teams to improve conversion.
  • Are organized, clear, and confident leading training calls or workshops.
  • Are an exceptional communicator — equally skilled at empathy and accountability.
  • Are comfortable documenting processes, systems, and frameworks into structured material (bonus if you’ve helped build training courses or SOPs).
  • Love to teach, coach, and lead — not just consult.
  • Have reliable Wi-Fi and a professional remote setup.
  • Are comfortable on camera (we document our company growth journey — and you’ll be part of that story).

COMPENSATION & GROWTH PLAN

Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience)

Growth Path: Contract-to-Hire (Full-Time)

Once converted to full-time, you'll receive:
