The primary responsibility of presale’s role is to proactively assist the sales team by understanding customer needs, designing, and presenting technical solutions that best address customer challenges. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive solutions that align with their business objectives and technical requirements.

Comprehend customer requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs tailored to their needs.

Deliver technical presentations and actively participate in solution discussions throughout the sales cycle.

Prepare detailed technical offers that thoroughly describe the proposed solution.

Offer guidance on the latest available solutions and establish oneself as a trusted advisor to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is required.

A minimum of five years of experience as a Presales Engineer is essential.

Demonstrated ability to effectively present solutions to customers.

Excellent communication skills, including active listening, analyzing customer requirements, and articulating complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness and capacity to learn new solutions as technologies evolve.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

In-depth knowledge of Dell, HPE, or IBM enterprise solutions.

Familiarity with servers, storage, virtualization, HCI (including VMware and Nutanix), backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.

Preferred experience with SAP HANA hardware design.
