Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities for the company’s railing and balustrade systems. This role bridges technical expertise and sales acumen to deliver customized solutions that meet client specifications and support project success from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with contractors, architects, façade and glass specialists, and developers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to translate project specifications into tailored technical proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to explain system advantages in safety, quality, and installation.
  • Develop and present detailed quotations including cost structures and engineering specifications.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
  • Coordinate with project management and installation teams to ensure smooth handover and accurate communication of requirements.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and brand visibility.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, including lead generation, proposals, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and competitor insights within the CRM system.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor products to enhance sales strategy and positioning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the façade, glass, or aluminum building materials industry.
  • Proven technical sales experience within the façade or architectural systems field.
  • Preference for candidates with construction site exposure and a professional network in the construction or architectural sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of structural and architectural concepts, including glass thickness, wind loads, installation methods, and corrosion resistance.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate data maintenance practices.
  • Very good command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in external engagements.


Working Style

  • Outdoor and remote work setup with 1–2 office days per week for internal meetings and coordination.
