Senior Presales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process, working closely with sales teams to engage with customers and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and articulate the value of our solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, including technical documentation and solution designs.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and conduct needs analysis to identify the best solutions.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position our offerings.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.
• Mentor and support junior presales engineers and sales staff in technical aspects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
