Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Windchill PLM Migration Lead!

The Windchill PLM Migration Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and executing end-to-end migration activities involving PTC Windchill PLM systems. This role includes leading migration strategy development, data mapping, validation, integration, cutover activities, and ensuring smooth transition from legacy PLM/CAD/PDM systems to Windchill. The ideal candidate has deep Windchill knowledge, hands-on migration experience, and strong leadership and coordination capabilities.

Ability to validate migrated data in Windchill and should generate reports with respect to data correctness, quality and missing links etc

Should have experience in executing a full cycle of data migrations from legacy applications to Windchill in desecrate manufacturing domain

Ability to map requirements to Windchill PLM and ability to solution Windchill PLM with respect to configuration & customization of Windchill PLM and its modules PartLink, MPMLink& ProjectLink

Good communication andcustomer handling skills

Ability to drive the project and coordinate with project team / resources from offshore

Ability to delegate project activities to project team

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant experience in Windchill PLM implementations, Roll-out and Data migrations

In-depth understanding of Windchill PLM system, Part & Document management, Part-Document alignment, Engineering design lifecycles within Windchill PLM, Change management and workflows

Experience in design and execution of engineering data migrations from legacy systems to Windchill PLM.

Experience in performing data migrations using Extract-Transform-Load methods and building transformation scripts, processors, representing data in staging environment, data cleansing and making data ready for Windchill system

Experience using WBM (Windchill Bulk Migrator) tool and experiencing in developing Windchill APIs for parsing and loading meta data & CAD data into Windchill

Ability to report project progress, status and risks to PMO organization
