It will be a long-term consulting engagement, and you will be required to provide strategic guidance and deliver transformational supply chain projects, bringing your deep understanding of healthcare supply chain management principles to Regulators, Device and Pharma suppliers and Healthcare Providers.

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve our client's supply chain processes to improve service levels and controls in their role as healthcare provider (for example, Ministry of Health as Regulator to providers in Saudi Arabia). Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators of the IHS programme in conjunction with IHS PMO to measure the effectiveness of the programme. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Grow the IHS business: Support IHS Business Development with new business opportunities for IHS to further grow in your region.
