Job Title: Senior / Principal Consultant – OBDX Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Base in Lahore or Karachi)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) Consultants from the banking industry to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role will involve developing digital banking solutions, working with Oracle's cutting-edge applications, and collaborating with both local and international teams. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while working with innovative cloud services and data-driven solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Java development with a focus on frameworks such as Spring Boot, Struts, Hibernate, and Eclipse.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and experience with Knockout.js.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership capabilities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Microservices/Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and databases.
• Experience in implementation and support activities, including customization design and managing test cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Basic project management knowledge and experience executing large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with multinational banks, with a solid understanding of digital banking architecture, mobile banking solutions, and OBDX/ OBAPI skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle Digital Banking solutions is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build strong rapport with team members and clients.
• Willingness to travel locally within Pakistan and internationally as required for short and long-term projects.
