Senior Process Associate- Ecommerce

Position Summary
The E-commerce Product Enrichment Specialist is responsible for improving the quality and completeness of product data across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on ensuring that product listings are accurate, detailed, visually appealing, and optimized for customer engagement and search engine visibility, ultimately driving conversions and sales.
Key Responsibilities

• Product Data Management
• Collect, review, and organize product data from multiple sources (supplier sheets, catalogs, websites).
• Clean, standardize, and enrich product attributes (titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, etc.).
• Ensure consistency of taxonomy, categories, and attributes across all products.
• Content Enrichment
• Write clear, SEO-friendly product descriptions and titles to improve searchability.
• Add missing product attributes such as color, size, weight, technical specifications, etc.
• Upload, rename, and align product images to match specifications and maintain brand standards.
• Quality Assurance
• Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform regular audits to identify missing or incorrect data and correct discrepancies.
• Ensure all content meets internal guidelines before publishing.
• Process Improvement
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency in product data handling.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in product data management, catalog management, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps in data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and image editing tools is a plus.
