Position Overview:

AEPL is one of the fastest-growing automotive product companies and is looking for a Senior Engineer – Process Excellence to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency in automotive product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design, Mapping, Optimization, Standardization, Monitoring & Improvement.
• Processes implementation as per compliance requirements to design new processes (IATF, ASPICE, Cyber security, Functional safety etc.).
• Control of documents.
• Design standard operating procedures & workflows.
• Understanding Customer requirements for audits and process tailoring.
• Assessments & Audit of project records.
• On board team on new processes and templates.,
• Conduct Process & tool related training.
• Monitor Product development processes.
• Monitor lesson learned documents & update process accordingly.
• Weekly/Monthly review meetings with QRs, Internal/External Stakeholder management for adherence of processes.
• Responsible for processes_ change management, Communication management, Risk management, Stakeholders management.

Audits & Standards:

• Responsible to Conduct Internal Audits/Mock project audits.
• IATF external and internal audits, Non-conformance/OFI closure.
• Create/ Maintain project documentation repository.
• Customer audit & product audit, system audits.

Hands on Skills Required:

• Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Jira
• Certifications: Cyber Security _Level 1

Knowledge of:

• Automotive Spice, Cyber Security, Functional safety, IATF etc.
• Project lifecycle management
• Process standardization
• Process Assessment & Audits
• Change management & Risk management, Stakeholder management.
• Continuous Improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E./B.tech, M.E/M.Tech) in Electronics / EnTC / EEE / ECE
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
