Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:

Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
Recommends and implements improvements, modifications or additions to document work.
To use advanced statistical tools to analyze data on project results and on overall manufacturing performance.
Reviews product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
To provide new product design testing and verification of fit, form, and function for commercialization.
Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
Participate in or lead documentation of work instructions and procedures.
Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
Writing test protocols and summary reports for testing products and validating equipment.
Supports in designs, specifies, and coordinates in the purchase and fabrication of machinery.
Lead and coordinate special projects to support and promote quality and productivity at CSP.
Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
