Senior Process Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Plastic/Injection Moulding Experience Preferred
1. Product understanding from new product development team, Sample collection & doing

reverse engineering studies to understand the process complexities & estimate key

equipment requirements.

2. Line setup & Commissioning on-time as per customer requirement

3. Manpower estimation, allocations as per budgeted cost

4. Jig and fixture facilitation / SPM developments

5. Line facility requirements floating and ordering.

6. Space estimation and allocation for raw materials and finished goods.

7. Capacity analysis

8. Line balancing chart analysis

9. Co-ordinating mold, painting trials along with NPD

10. Cost savings initiation and implementation

11. Driving continuous improvements through Kaizens (SQDCMP)

12. Cycle time, Takt analysis, Line balancing study, PPH definitions etc.

13. Developing automation facilities with investment.

14. Process change management (PCR/PCR)

15. Monthly HC analysis & Signed off.

16. Process documentation knowledge like PFC, PFMEA, Work instructions & Visual aids etc.,

17. ECN Changes trial, Training to new operators/ Line setup supports / Plotting CADD layout

for new line.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
