  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business Statistics Data Analytics or related field Master s preferred
  • 5 years of experience in HR analytics data reporting or HRIS roles
  • Strong experience with HR systems Workday preferred SuccessFactors Oracle etc
  • and BI tools Power BI Tableau etc
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics KPIs and best practices
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements GDPR CCPA

  • o Define and implement data standards policies and best practices
  • o Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of a global HR reporting inventory including learning boards dashboards embedded analytics and alerts based on conversations with business stakeholders e

  • o Ensure reports are scheduled updated and maintained effectively with a clear governance process
  • o Maintaining a global perspective on reporting needs to avoid unnecessary country specific reports and promote the use of standardized global reports wherever possible
  • Reporting Analytics
  • o Leverage Workday technology to develop and deliver recurring HR reports headcount attrition diversity recruitment learning performance compensation compliance regulatory reporting etc
  • o Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide ad hoc data analysis and insights
  • o Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations
  • o Support workforce planning talent management and organizational design with data driven analysis
  • Systems and tools
  • o Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS reporting modules in Workday
  • o Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to enhance reporting capabilities and automation
  • Team Leadership
  • o Lead and develop a small team of reporting and data analysts
  • o Build analytical capability within the HR function through training and knowledge sharing
