We are looking for a Senior
Process Mapping Analyst - Signavio
to analyze, design, document, and continuously improve business processes for our client in Dubai, a large semi-government entity. This role requires strong experience in process improvement, SOP development, and operational excellence to support efficient, compliant, and scalable operations across the organization.
This is a
permanent role
in the organization and reports to the
Process Excellence Lead
in the
Business Excellence & Transformation
department.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities
-
Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps using standard BPM tools

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and standardization

Establish process KPIs and metrics to measure improvements and ensure sustainability
-
Collaborate with business leaders and process owners to drive adoption of process improvements
-
Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and job aids
-
Ensure SOPs meet regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements
-
Support SOP rollout through training, walkthroughs, and change enablement activities
-
Maintain enterprise process repositories, governance frameworks, and BPM adoption
-
Partner with compliance, risk, and audit teams to ensure processes are auditable and aligned with standards

Present process improvement insights and recommendations to senior management
Knowledge, skills & experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s (MBA or MSc in Operational Excellence/Digital Transformation) preferred

3–7 years’ experience in process excellence, BPM, or operational improvement roles
-
Proven experience developing and governing SOPs in complex or regulated environments

Track record of leading process optimization and digital enablement projects
-
Experience in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, consumer goods, or consulting is desirable
Preferred Certifications:

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

Agile/Scrum
-
Change management (e.g., Prosci)

Digital transformation/automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Celonis)

BPM tools (SAP Signavio, ARIS)
Technical & Leadership Skills:

Strong process improvement methodology knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

Ability to combine digital tools with process thinking to deliver results

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset

Skilled in process mining, BI dashboards, workflow automation, or RPA platforms

Ability to influence and guide executive leadership and regulators

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
