Job Title: Procurement Executive / Procurement Manager
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and negotiate with vendors for materials related to interior works, civil construction, electricals, plumbing, carpentry, hardware, plywood, laminates, glass, metal, paint, tools, machinery, etc.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per BOQ, drawings, or site requirements.
- Maintain vendor database with updated price lists and credit terms.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and design/estimation team to understand material requirements.
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials to site or factory as per project schedule.
- Compare quotations, quality, delivery time, and payment terms before finalizing suppliers.
- Track material consumption, shortages, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain MIS reports such as purchase tracker, price comparison sheet, vendor performance report, etc.
- Reduce purchase costs through bulk negotiation, alternate sourcing, and rate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for billing, documentation, and inventory tracking.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–8 years of experience in interior contracting / construction procurement.
- Strong knowledge of materials, brands, and specifications used in fit-out and civil works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication, Purchase Software/ERP (if any).
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
