Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement procurement strategies that support project objectives, cost targets, and quality requirements.

Review and assess
technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and engineering drawings
to determine suitable vendors and ensure alignment with project needs.

Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify, evaluate, and qualify potential local and international vendors/subcontractors.

Manage the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, aiming for the
best value
(quality, price, and reliability).

Prepare, review, and execute purchase orders (POs) and subcontract agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to final delivery and payment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering
Civil or Arch.

5-8+ years
of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing, preferably in a construction, manufacturing, or specific technical industry.

Professional qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and engineering data.
