Senior Procurement Engineer - MEP

Sobha Constructions is a fast-growing construction company in the Middle East with a vision to be a pioneer in redefining the quality standards in construction. We are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Procurement professional who can perform in a fast-paced environment and design & implement the strategy with clear action plans.

Key Responsibilities :

· Formulate and execute procurement strategies for MEPF systems, equipment, and capital purchases, aligning with project requirements and business objectives.

· Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers and vendors for MEPF components and capital goods, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.

· Manage the procurement process for capital purchases, including equipment, machinery, and technology, to support organizational growth initiatives.

· Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to integrate procurement activities with project schedules, specifications, and technical requirements.
