Senior Procurement Executive

Location: Karachi.

Education: Bachelors

Experience: 4+ years of experience in procurement only in the telecommunications or IT services sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION

· Working on Tenders & Projects - with Departments Local Procurement (CCTV, Access Control, Parking guides system, I.T)

· Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services.

· Fetching new suppliers. Vendor Sourcing and market survey to get competitive quotes.

· Maintain and update records of purchasing.

· Align induct new vendor for better scoring.

· Maintain pricing with vendor for upcoming tenders & orders.

· Preparing comparative statements and sharing with Procurement Manager / User for approval.
