Position: Senior Procurement Executive

Location: Karachi (Onsite)

Education: Bachelors

Experience: 4+ years of experience in procurement only in the telecommunications or IT services sector.

Job Description & Specification:

Working on Tenders & Projects - with Departments Local Procurement (CCTV, Access Control, Parking guides system, I.T)

Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services

Fetching new suppliers Vendor Sourcing and market survey to get competitive quotes

Maintain and update records of purchasingAlign induct new vendor for better scoring

Maintain pricing with vendor for upcoming tenders & orders

Preparing comparative statements and sharing with Procurement Manager / User for approval
