Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, supplier relationships, and inventory planning within a chemical manufacturing environment. The role requires ensuring materials and services are sourced on time, cost-effectively, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Industry Requirement:
Candidates must have experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
❌ Experience limited to Food & Beverage or food-grade chemical sectors will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Execution

• Manage vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase order issuance, and order tracking
• Review and validate purchase requisitions for timely execution
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit standards

Supplier Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers
• Handle vendor registration, onboarding, negotiations, and contract renewals
• Resolve non-conformance issues and conduct supplier performance reviews

Planning & Strategy

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives
• Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and forecasts
• Conduct inventory evaluations and recommend reorder points

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams
• Support back-to-back order execution
• Align procurement plans with operational requirements

Data & Compliance

• Maintain procurement records, pricing logs, and supplier databases
• Monitor supplier performance and payment status
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in chemical manufacturing (UAE preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
