Senior Procurement & Logistics Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement & Logistics Expert to strengthen and lead our Procurement & Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement planning, supplier management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations, with experience in the construction and oil & gas industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle complete procurement activities from sourcing to delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Conduct price negotiations and evaluate supplier performance
• Manage procurement planning, purchasing, and logistics coordination
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment as per project requirements
• Handle warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock monitoring
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Prepare procurement reports, documentation, and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Requirements

• Senior-level professional with proven experience in procurement and logistics
• Strong experience in the construction and oil & gas sectors
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems, sourcing, and supply chain operations
• Ability to independently manage procurement functions and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with accounting procedures and documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in the firefighting industry will be an added advantage
