We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement & Logistics Expert to strengthen and lead our Procurement & Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement planning, supplier management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations, with experience in the construction and oil & gas industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle complete procurement activities from sourcing to delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct price negotiations and evaluate supplier performance
- Manage procurement planning, purchasing, and logistics coordination
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment as per project requirements
- Handle warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock monitoring
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Prepare procurement reports, documentation, and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Requirements
- Senior-level professional with proven experience in procurement and logistics
- Strong experience in the construction and oil & gas sectors
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems, sourcing, and supply chain operations
- Ability to independently manage procurement functions and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with accounting procedures and documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience in the firefighting industry will be an added advantage
