Senior Procurement Manager

Join JASARA PMC as a Senior Procurement Manager and play a pivotal role in managing our procurement activities for critical projects. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing robust procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and optimizing procurement processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Your expertise will be essential in sourcing high-quality materials and services, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships with suppliers. You will work closely with project teams to identify procurement needs and provide strategic recommendations that drive value for the organization.

• Lead the procurement strategy development and execution to align with company's objectives
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are followed and meet project requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance data
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
