Senior Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing procurement activities for key equipment and service providers across datacenter projects, from early-stage development to construction. The role ensures efficient sourcing, cost accuracy, and adherence to contract frameworks, supporting overall project execution and readiness for operational handover.

• Lead tendering processes for equipment and external consultants, excluding corporate/general services.
• Secure and maintain accurate budgetary pricing from vendors during early project phases.
• Coordinate with qualified vendors and ensure alignment with project specifications and commercial terms.
• Support procurement documentation, internal approvals, and record maintenance.
• Provide EPC Contractors with pricing for first-year spare parts packages.
• Assist with procurement interface between design and execution phases.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Master’s is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement within Data Centre Industry,. infrastructure, energy, or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with consultant sourcing and equipment procurement is essential.
• Experience in creating procurement strategies and execution
• Proven experience in tendering and commercial evaluation
