Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Senior Procurement Manager
to lead and oversee the non-tender procurement function within our centralized procurement department. This role will supervise a dedicated team responsible for managing all non-tender purchasing activities across the Group’s diverse business verticals, including retail, development, operations, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in procurement leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to balance efficiency, compliance, and service delivery in a dynamic and multifaceted business environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of procurement professionals handling all
non-tender purchases
for the Group.

Oversee day-to-day procurement operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding non-tender procurement requirements across all business units (retail, development, operations, etc.).

Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies, procedures, and overall procurement strategy.

Review and approve purchase requests, ensuring proper documentation, budget compliance, and alignment with sourcing best practices.

Monitor and improve procurement processes to drive efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Work closely with finance, legal, and operational departments to ensure seamless procurement workflows and accurate reporting.

Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement effectiveness, compliance, and team performance.

Support strategic initiatives such as category management, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements for all procurement transactions.

Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on procurement activity, team performance, and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.

Minimum
8–10 years of experience
in procurement, with at least
3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
.

Demonstrated experience managing centralized procurement teams and processes.

Strong knowledge of procurement practices, vendor management, and sourcing principles.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different business units.
