Senior Procurement Manager

We’re partnering with a leading, innovation-driven organization in Abu Dhabi to hire a Senior Procurement Manager to lead and transform their procurement function.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will shape procurement vision, drive cost optimization, and support complex, high-value sourcing across advanced and technical categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement strategy across the organization
• Drive strategic sourcing and category management for complex and high-value procurement
• Oversee supplier relationship management, performance, and governance
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure strong commercial outcomes
• Deliver cost optimization initiatives and financial value
• Champion procurement transformation, including digital tools and process improvements
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership and manage a high-performing team

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of procurement experience, including leadership roles
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
• Experience managing complex or technical procurement categories
• Engineering background is strongly preferred
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, PMP, etc.) are a plus
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP / eProcurement systems (SAP/Ariba preferred)
