Key Responsibilities

Oversees and manages all procurement activities.

Prepares Request for Proposal (RFPs) documents to be sent out for bids in Etimad platform or the Company portal and manages the RFPs.

Follow up and track all inquiries, purchases, RFQs, RFPs and contracts.

Process purchase orders and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the procurement procedures and requirements.

Performs pre-contract activities, including drafting/review of the terms and conditions of contracts and agreements, formulating a suitable tendering strategy, etc. to ensure necessary terms and conditions are included in the contract.

Communicates and liaises with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement requests.

Arrange, manage and coordinate for the Procurement committees (for bid opening and evaluation)

Manages all stakeholders (internally & externally)

Manage and create PRs, POs in ERP system for Purchases and Procurement.
Job Specific Skills:

Fluency in English and Arabic.
-
knowledge of Procurement regulations (The Government tender and procurement system, tending in Etimad platform, SMEs, and Local Content, etc.)

Experience in Procurement committee procedures.

Contracts management.

Experience in tendering of Consultancy scopes.

Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal or equivalent.
-
CIPS or equivalent are preferred.

3+ years of experience
