Senior Procurement Officer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support a 3-month construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation skills within the construction or contracting field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Prepare purchase orders, RFQs, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the construction or contracting industry .
• Strong understanding of local suppliers and procurement regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately for a short-term (3-month) project .
