Procurement Senior Specialist
is required for
Elsewedy Utilities
(Facility management & electrical distribution company) it is a strategic role responsible for the end-to-end purchasing process for goods, services, and complex contracts related to maintaining and operating facilities and acquiring electrical distribution equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing: The ability to identify and evaluate potential suppliers to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Negotiation comfort: must be comfortable interacting with suppliers to secure the lowest cost and best deal possible for their company.

Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships is key to supplier management. should ensure a high level of respect and trust between their company and their suppliers.

Data analysis skills: must be able to analyze data and market trends to find potential cost savings, process optimization opportunities, and possible risk areas.

Utilizing data to evaluate supplier performance, track costs, and make informed decisions to optimize processes.

Communication skills: can help the C-suite make more informed decisions. To do so, however, they must know how to effectively communicate the needs of the business and navigate difficult conversations regarding budget.

Risk management: When a disruptive event occurs (internally or externally), he must take action to protect the business and its finances while meeting stakeholders’ expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, accounting, engineering or any other relevant field.

Proven experience 2:5 years in procurement, with a significant portion in a senior or specialized role, preferably within the facilities management, utilities, or electrical/construction industries.

Experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring vendor compliance is a key requirement.

Proficiency with procurement software (like SAP or Oracle) and general office suites (like Microsoft Office) is expected.

Understanding financial concepts like budgeting, cost savings, and return on investment to manage procurement expenditures effectively.
