Job Summary
The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services required for operations. The role focuses on supplier management, procurement planning, and negotiating favorable terms to support operational efficiency and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, and purchase order management.

Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable supply.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control across purchasing activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand operational needs and ensure timely procurement of required materials and services.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Track and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing documentation.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

Previous experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export-oriented industries is preferred.
