Job Description
Job specific responsibilities:
1. Receive required supplies / material from different departments.
2. Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
3. Communicate with selected suppliers with all required documents related to company policies and procedures.
4. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers / vendors.
5. Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided.
6. Communicate with Finance department to process payments and invoices.
7. Assist in negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
