Requirements

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Oversee and manage the production process for multiple film projects.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Hire and manage production staff, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.
  • Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.

What is required from the role?

  • At least 10 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to delivery
  • Experience of working in the MENA/GCC for clients – from product launches to customer activations, you can think it all.
  • Proficient expertise in video and audio production workflows, tools, and techniques, including camera work, lighting, sound design, and post-production
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
