As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Business Banking Lending, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Owner to execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
- Owns a defined set of processes within the Area Product Group and serves as the subject matter expert—deeply understanding user behavior and the underlying technical systems—to best inform the delivery of new initiatives.
- Responsible for product delivery activities, including breaking down solutions into deliverable components, refining technology user stories, sequencing the backlog, and coordinating end-to-end readiness.
- Leads and completes User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepares and reviews test cases, runs test cycles, tracks defects, and confirms delivery of acceptance criteria and business sign-offs.
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product delivery, testing/QA, or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area, with hands-on experience in story refinement, backlog sequencing, and UAT.
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
- Experience in product deployment processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle and agile delivery practices.
- Familiarity with test planning and defect tracking tools/methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; detail-oriented with a focus on acceptance criteria, controls, and documentation.
