Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital experiences aligned with client/product goals ensuring user-centered design principles
- Lead and contribute to the design of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Lead the creation of end-to-endcustomer journey mapsandservice blueprintsto visualize and enhance user interactions.
- Ensuredesign consistencyacross projects while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Mentor junior designersand provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's output.
- Conductuser research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
- Optimize designs based on analytics, user feedback, and iterative testing.
- Applydesign thinkingandhuman-centered designmethodologies to solve complex challenges and drive innovation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Present and communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
- + 4 years of Expertise in visual design, Service design /UX/UI/CX design, and interaction design principles.
- Proficiency in typography, color theory, layout design, and responsive design.
- Strong knowledge ofcustomer journey mappingandservice blueprinting.
- Certified UX Designer(Google, Nielsen Norman Group, or similar).
- Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)or equivalent.
- Certifications inHuman-Centered Design(e.g., IDEO, IBM, Interaction Design Foundation).
- Design Thinking Certifications(e.g., IDEO, Stanford d.school).
- Tools-specific certifications (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
