Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Instabug, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional team. You’ll shape the entire discovery and solution development process while leveraging AI-powered tools and modern design-to-development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design Instabug’s Web Dashboard and Mobile SDKs with a strong focus on user-centric experiences.
• Drive strong product design processes and best practices across the entire product lifecycle.
• Lead the end-to-end design process—from framing problems to ideation, prototyping, user validation, and delivering high-fidelity designs that drive measurable business impact.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions through an iterative cycle, collaborating with the UXR team.
• Partner with Product Managers to define problems and co-create solutions.
• Be a team player, share knowledge and best practices with our design and product teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on insights, feedback, and business goals.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and foster a collaborative culture within the design and product teams.
• Drive design projects from concept to delivery, playing a key role in shaping Instabug’s product development process.
  
  

Requirements

• You have 4-7 years of experience in designing product-based web and mobile applications.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of UI & UX best practices and solid understanding of information architecture.
• Experience in running user research and testing activities
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to and aligning with leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to deliver clear handoff specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Strong conceptual skills to tackle complex design problems.
• Prior experience in a product design environment is a plus.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, with an iterative mindset and openness to learning and adapting.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools and no-code/low-code platforms to accelerate workflows and validate prototypes.
• Passion for feedback, with the ability to provide constructive input to peers at all levels.
